Do you accept credit and debit cards?

Yes, we accept credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via PayPal.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, we accept PayPal payments.

How is my payment and purchase protected?

Payments and purchases are protected by Buyer Protection. Through buyer protection if your order does not arrive or is not as described you will get a full refund.

What are your shipping options?

Our preferred shipping service is FedEx. Please note that signature is required for FedEx shipments upon delivery. An adult must be available at the delivery address to receive the package and sign for it. Fedex is instructed not to leave your package without a signature. Usually if FedEx is unable to successfully deliver your package on their first attempt they will re-attempt delivery up to 3 times.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

On average delivery is within 1-3 business days to most areas within the continental United States, EU and UK. The continental United States excludes Hawaii and Alaska. Delivery to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer, up to 2-6 business days. Please allow additional 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

What are your shipping rates?

Our standard FedEx service is free and includes insurance. We do not offer an expedited shipping option.

What is your return policy?

Not satisfied with your purchase? We believe our customers should be 100% satisfied with products they purchased from us. For the first 21 days after your purchase you may return your product for a full money back refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We truly believe in the best possible shopping experience. So, if you are not happy with your product for any reason, we will gladly set up a return for you. Please contact us via email to set up a return. Discounted open box products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

What is your return process?

Before you return a product, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns cannot be processed without an RMA number. Please contact us via email to set up a return.

Are there any nonrefundable costs?

Shipping charges are not refundable.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued via original payment type and normally take 3-7 business days.

Are products you sell brand new?

All products we sell are brand new. Refurbished or used products will be clearly marked as such. 

What if my product is damaged or defective upon delivery?

Please notify us immediately of any product that is defective or arrived damaged. We will help you to set up a return.

Will my product come with a warranty?

All products we sell come with full manufacturer warranties as stated in product description.

How do I track my order?

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
